Staying at " hotel Zenit " tonight, it has seen better days hope I Don't get bitten by Bed bugs, the linen is really white and fresh So should be OK.
Another longish day's walk , still lots of ups and downs , vineyards and small villages.
Twice today trail markers were incorrect first time led to a very muddy ditch ,with no way to leap across so slid down on bum.
Second time.led to wrong direction so in all walked at least an extra 6km.

Immediatly enjoyed an Ich beer which is from Sardinia. The flavour Is.nice and light so good to know
Now I am one day closer to Genoa.
Dinner was at a local restaurant where I Had a massive Cotaletta , with chips and a side of spinach.
All the desserts looked good but main serving was huge and left no more room
