A long walk today with some awfully sharp ascensions .
we went off the official trail , so I am wondering if Via Postumia trail would have had gentler climbs.
We walked from 9:30 to.5:30 only 2 coffee stops , one at local.bar in Monte Beccana 10:30am.
Later at about 4:30pm a nice local offered us a.coffee in her home.after we asked directions, this was at.about the last 8km.point. maybe Castelleto.
Walking today was again almost totally vinyeard area with sprawling dipping valleys and pockets of almost deserted hamlets.
The weather has turned coldish it's
beanie weather until about 10am .and evenings need to to be rugged outdoors.
Luckily we had Beautiful.hot.showers.to.finish the day at B&B Le Civette
Dinner was a big serve of "spaghetti Vognole "and beer, at a pizzaria a few blocks away.
